Living in New York makes the news more interesting

CNNWASHINGTON (CNN) — Federal authorities have received a “plausible but unsubstantiated” report that al Qaeda may have discussed targeting transit systems in or around New York, the Department of Homeland Security said
. ..Al Qaeda has the means to launch such an attack, said CNN senior international correspondent Nic Robertson, who has covered al Qaeda extensively since before the September 11 attacks.
In Portland, these news stories are scary but only in New York do you strain to try and see what number train that picture is from. ‘Cuz no way in hell am I riding THAT thing for a while. (It looks like the 6 train that runs 3 blocks from our apartment)
